A working session at the University Centre of Maghnia to enhance cooperation in supporting entrepreneurship and developing border regions.

In the framework of strengthening cooperation between higher education institutions and various stakeholders in the field of entrepreneurship support, the University Centre of Maghnia hosted a working session on Wednesday, October 8, 2025. The session was chaired by Mr. Kadri Riadh, Acting Director of the University Centre of Maghnia, alongside Mr. Djelmoudi Amine, the Provincial Director of the National Agency for Support and Development of Entrepreneurship (NESDA) in Tlemcen, with the attendance of executives from both institutions.
The meeting focused on ways to enhance cooperation and coordination regarding the training of aspiring project holders, with the goal of mentoring them in establishing Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). Discussions also covered preparations for a study day dedicated to supporting and developing entrepreneurship in border regions.
Both parties emphasized the importance of instilling an entrepreneurial culture among students and fostering a spirit of initiative and innovation. This aligns with national strategic directions aimed at supporting the local economy and promoting the development of border regions.
